The Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, is hosting the 35th American Aging Association Annual Meeting "Interventions in Aging and Age-related Disease: The Present and Future", June 2-5, 2006. The Jean Mayer USDA HNRCA is operated by Tufts University through a cooperative agreement
with the Agricultural Research Service (ARS). Located on the Tufts University Health Sciences campus in Boston, Massachusetts, the HNRCA is one of six human nutrition research centers in the United States which is supported by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/ARS.

The organizers are not responsible for accidents or damage to participants and accompanying persons which may occur during or arising from the conference.  Participants should therefore take the necessary steps they consider appropriate regarding insurance.  

The organizers cannot assume any liability for changes in the program or cancellations of the event due to external or unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.

Climate and  Clothing

June's temperature in Boston ranges between 56-72F (14-23C).  The dress code at the meeting is casual.

Upon request, the Secretariat  will send a personal invitation.  Please note, however, that this will not represent any commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support.

May 2 - 15 75% refund
May 15-25 50% refund
After May 25 no refund

Cancellations will be refunded by mail four to six weeks following the Annual Meeting.  No refunds will be made after May 25, 2006.  No exceptions will be made.

Badges

Badges will not be mailed prior to the meeting but will be distributed at the meeting's registration desk.
